Funeral services for Jackie Rae Nelson, 62, of Silsbee will be Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee. Interment will be in Swearingen Cemetery in Warren. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Jackie died at her residence in Silsbee on November 6, 2004. She was a native of Bessmay, a longtime resident of Warren and had lived in Silsbee for many years. She was a loving wife and mother and loved playing canasta with her friends.
Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Ike Nelson Sr. and her parents, Earl and Ethel Spence Harris.
Survivors are her son, Ike Nelson of Silsbee; sisters Mary Lowe of Lumberton, Kathy Williams and husband Carl of Warren and Kay Rose of Baytown; brothers mark Harris and wife Dee of Dallas, Lynn Harris and wife Judy, Toney Lamey and wife Lisa and Tommy Lamey, all of Silsbee; a special aunt Zelma Sparks of Silsbee and many nieces and nephews.
