Funeral services for Mamie Lee Shuff, 75, of Alvin, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 13, 2004 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment to follow at Resthaven Cemetery also in Silsbee. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Shuff died November 10, 2004 at St. Johns Hospital in Alvin. She was a longtime Silsbee resident and was born in Pioneer, LA. Mamie was a loving wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Shuff; brothers, Leon Curtis and Carl Curtis.
Survivors include daughter, Sandy Chamberlain and husband Sam of Alvin; sons, Ron Shuff and wife Tonya of Alvin, Michael Shuff and wife Jennifer of Orange;
brothers, Jack Curtis of MS, Mack Curtis of Il. Colin Curtis of Oak Grove, LA; sisters, Dorothy Edmonds of Shreveport, LA. Lynn Clawson of Beaumont, June Johnson of Baton Rouge, LA, Cookie Clem of Burlington Iowa; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews
