Funeral services for Tommie Olene Shelton 77, of Silsbee will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday December 1, 2004 at Good Samaritan Fellowship Church in Fred with interment to follow at Franks Branch Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday November 30, at the church. Services are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee.
Mrs. Shelton died November 28, 2004 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care in Silsbee.
A native and lifetime resident of the Silsbee area, she was a retired telephone operator.
Survivors include husband Bob Shelton of Fred; son Robert Shelton of Silsbee; daughter Cindy Parker of Woodville; sister Beth Lewis of Fred; brother Carlos Kirkendall, of Fred; grandsons Jason Mettlen of El Dorado and Jonathon Mettlen of Hillister; great grandchildren James, Jacob and Ashley Mettlen.
