Funeral services for Norman Bruce Collier, 66, of Silsbee, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 2004 at First Baptist Church in Silsbee with interment at Beech Creek Cemetery in Spurger. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Friday at Farmer Funeral Home.

Mr. Collier died December 8, 2004 in Silsbee. He was a Navy and Army veteran and served during the Viet Nam era. Bruce was a Baptist minister and an electrician.

Survivors include his wife of forty-one years, Donna Davis Collier of Silsbee; son, Bruce Collier of Beaumont; daughter, Christy King and husband Tommy of Silsbee; brother, Mourad “Bo” Collier of Silsbee and Henry Edward Collier of Votaw; sisters, Lanora Priest of Silsbee, Nelda Whisneant of Silsbee, Hazel Nichols of Evadale, Melva McLean of Fred and Elizabeth McGallion of Silsbee; granddaughter, Kaitlyn King of Silsbee.

We went to school with Bruce and some of his siblings. Our brother, Bobby, passed away several years ago. Bruce was such a nice person and will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with you. The Marshall Family

Dear Bruce and family: Sorry about the loss of your Dad, Husband and friend. I am rather at a loss for words, but please know that you all are in my prayers. Will see you Saturday for sure.
