NELL WRAY SLAVIK
Funeral services for Nell Wray Slavik of Silsbee will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday December 12, 2004 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment to follow at R. S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery also in Silsbee. Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home.
Mrs. Slavik was born August 19, 1907 in Lorein, LA to John B. and Etta Wray. She died December 10, 2004 at Silsbee Convalescent Center.
She had lived in Silsbee since 1929 and retired from the U. S. Post Office after 32 years of service.
Survivors include daughter Jill Clark and husband Tom of Wildwood, TX, sister Katherine Trenck and husband Paul of Kerrville, TX; grandsons Craig Clark and wife Lynn of Brentwood, TN and Cary Clark and wife Denise of Longview, TX and great grand children Drew, Shannon, Audrey, Gray and Nolan Clark.
Memorials may be sent to Methodist Children’s Home, 1111 Herring Avenue, Waco, Texas, 76708.
