Funeral Services for Larry Gilbert Gore, 57, of Silsbee will be at 10 a.m. Friday, December 17, 2004 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment at Cunningham Cemetery also in Silsbee. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Gore died December 14, 2004 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston. He was a lifelong resident of Silsbee and retired welder from Bethlehem Steel. Larry served his country in the U. S. Air Force. He was an avid golfer, fisherman and hunter and a heart transplant recipient.
Survivors include wife, Margaret Gore of Silsbee; son, Larry Eugene Gore and wife Misty of Buna; daughter, Gwen Ramsey of Beaumont; brother, Joe Roberts of Silsbee; sisters, Marsha McDonald of Friendswood and Sandra Ernst of Silsbee; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
