Funeral services for Gladys Iles Day, 90, of Kountze will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2004 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee. Interment will follow at Village Mills Cemetery in Village Mills.
Mrs. Day died December 16, 2004 at her home.
A native of Huntington, she was a long time resident of Kountze. Mrs. Day was a homemaker and a member of Crestwood Baptist Church in Kountze. She had taught Sunday School for over 50 years.
Survivors include daughter Mary Calvert and husband Tucson of Kountze; sons John B. Davis and wife Pauline of Nacogdoches and Lee Baxter Davis and wife Waynette of Greenville; sister Patricia Johnston of Santa Barbara, CA; brother Ross Iles of Topeka, KS and Bob Iles of Grant Pass, OR; six grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
