Carl Daniel Knighten Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1935 - 2005 Funeral services for Carl Daniel Knighten, 69, of Silsbee will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with Masonic graveside rites to follow at Cunningham Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. Knighten died January 17, 2005 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He worked for the athletic department of the Silsbee Independent School District before retiring and was a veteran of the U. S. Marines. Survivors include wife, Irene Knighten of Silsbee; sons, Carlton Dan Knighten, Jeff Knighten and wife Margaret, Gerry Knighten and wife Betty, Thomas B. Knighten and wife Prissy all of Silsbee; mother, Ella Knighten of Silsbee; sisters, Betty Collard of Denver, CO. Mary Harrington of Silsbee, Nelle Spaulding of Coeur D’Alene, ID and seven grandchildren.
