Joe Roberts, 65, of Silsbee died Monday, January 31, 2005 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, February 3, 2005 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee from 5 pm until 8 pm. A memorial service will be held Friday, February 4, 2005 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
Joe was a 32nd Degree Mason with the Silsbee Masonic Lodge.
Joe was preceded in death by daughter, Stacy. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Roberts of Silsbee; grandchildren Justin Parrish and Megan Parrish, both of Silsbee; sisters Sandy Ernst of Silsbee and Marsha McDonald of Friendswood; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Kenneth and Maybell Baldwin of Kirbyville; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Janette and Lowell Puckett of Haymarket, VA; nieces and nephews and special friends, Butch and Dee Suitt of Silsbee, along with a host of other family and friends.

Geraldine, I am so sorry to hear about Joe. I had no idea he had been sick. Nor did I know about Stacy. I retired in 1997 and time has gone by so fast. I do understand how you feel and offer my prayers for you at this time.
I have many fond memories of Joe form Paper Mill Days.
