Funeral services for Audrey Ellen Day, 88, of Evadale will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday March 12, 2005 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment to follow at Morse Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will be 5 – 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Day died March 9, 2005 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
A native of Buna she was a lifelong resident of Evadale and was a homemaker.
Preceded in death by husband Homer Day, Sr. and daughter Mattie Rogers she is survived by sons Homer Day, Jr. and wife Lou of Buna, Bud Day and wife Verda of Vidor and Travis Day and wife Virginia of Shepherd; daughter Edith Richards of El Dorado, AR; five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
