A Mass of Christian burial for Theresa Marie Lane, 92, of Buna will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 21, 2005 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Silsbee, with Father Charles Sellars, Celebrant. Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery in Buna. The rosary will be Sunday, March 20, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Lane died March 18, 2005 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
She was born in Jennings, LA and lived in Pt. Arthur for many years before moving to Buna several years ago. Mrs. Lane was a music teacher at St. James Catholic School in Pt. Arthur and was choir director at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Silsbee for ten years.
Carl W. Lane, her husband, preceded Mrs. Lane in death.
Survivors include her daughter Carlyn Bond of Buna, two grandchildren, Denise Terry and husband, Tom of Austin and Michael Edwards of Lanett, AL, seven great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandchild.
