C. B. Virgie Davis Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1918 - 2005 Funeral services for C. B. ‘Virgie’ Davis, 86, of Lumberton will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee. A short service will be held at 12:30 p.m. at Beulah Springs Church at Davis Cemetery before interment. Visitation will be 5 – 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Davis died April 11, 2005 in Lumberton. She was a native of Bronson and had lived in the Lumberton area for many years. She was a manager of a Senior Citizen’s Program. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband Sidney and daughter, Nelda Joyce Davis. Survivors include three sons, Larry Davis and wife, Kathie of Beaumont, Benny Winfred Davis and wife, Janet of Santa Fe and Kenneth Davis and wife, Rillie Ann of Lumberton; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great, great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to TPA Death and Near Death Fund, TPA, 86 Ruth, Beaumont, TX 77707.

Lisa and Leslie and family, Just want to let you know that you are in my prayers as you go throught this difficult time. I appologize for not being able to attend the services. She was very special and will truly be missed.

Just wanted to let you all know that I love you all very much. Your mother meant alot to me and Haley. I will always remember aunt C. B as a wonderful lady , Probably the best lady I will ever have the opportunity to know. I will always remember her little saying after I told her something and it went something like this (WELL I"LL SAY!) I hope that we can all stay in contact with each other.
