Tommy Dwaine Choate Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1959 - 2005 Visitation for Tommy Dwaine Choate, 45, of Silsbee will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee. Mr. Choate died April 11, 2005 at his residence in Silsbee. He was a native of Beaumont and lifelong resident of the Silsbee area. Tommy was a maintenance technician for Star Paper Tube. Survivors include his wife Vickie Choate of Silsbee; daughter Jennifer Renee Choate of Silsbee; father Jimmie Gene Choate of Lumberton; brothers, Lynn Choate and Jerry Choate, both of Kountze and sister Leveta Tynes of Lumberton.
