 Funeral services for Patsy Ruth Worthey, 74, of Silsbee will be 10:00 am Wednesday at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with Reverend R. E. Barclay and Reverend Mark Frusha officiating. Interment will follow in R. S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Worthey died June 5, 2005 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Mrs. Worthey was a native of Vinton, Louisiana and had lived in Silsbee most of her life. She was a housewife and also co-owner of Wooden Pallets in Silsbee.
Survivors include her husband Tom Worthey; son Robert Worthey; daughters, Tonya Hedleston and Teressa Kountz and granddaughter Ashley Kountz, all of Silsbee.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Silsbee, 350 Hwy. 96 South, Silsbee, TX 77656.

My mother, Mayrene Marshall of Silsbee, was very fond of Patsy Ruth and they became good friends. My mother always remarked at how pretty she was.
She passed away a few years ago and I know they are rejoicing to see each other in heaven.
