To my regret, I heard of Nita's passing too late to pay my respects. I immediately felt an ache inside. I'm sorry I had not talked to my friend in a while. I have not saw Nita in several years. We kept in touch by phone. I worked with Nita at the Beaumont Remote Encoding Center. Nita and I came to the REC Site right after we had each lost a brother. I think God placed us in one another's paths to comfort one another. Nita had felt a deep loss in loosing her brother. Nita dearly loved her family. Nita being the youngest child, had a special relationship with her Mother. She had great respect for her Father. She spoke often of her sisters with much love. She admired her other living Brother, who had been in the military , if I recall correctly. She spoke often of neices and nephews she loved and treasured. I do not know Nita's family by name. I had only met Nita's mother, Mrs. Smith, whom I had visited when she was in the hospital. Nita's love overflowed to family, friends, her love of music and all who were fortunate enough to have met her. I will miss Nita's encouragement, she was so eager to give. Nita was the most sincere person I ever knew. She will truly be missed.

I worked with Nita at Orange County Building Materials for the short time that she was there and will truly miss her. I will always remember her quiet and kind spirit that she had about her. With deepest sympathy and prayers to her family, Patti Parks
