
Funeral services for Donald Wayne Clauser, 82, of Silsbee will be 10:00 am Thursday at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in R S Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Clauser died June 21, 2005 at his residence in Silsbee.
Mr. Clauser was a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana and had lived in Silsbee many years. He was a US Army veteran serving his country in WWII and was retired from Wagner Brake & Lighting Company. Donald was an avid and enthusiastic volunteer at Silsbee Doctors’ Hospital, a longtime member of Silsbee Masonic Lodge #927 and served as Grand Master. He was also a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy L. Clauser of Silsbee; two step-sons, Arlis Lansford and wife, Hazel of Ore City, TX and Dwight Lansford of Beaumont; brother Richard Clauser of Tyler; four grandchildren, Dana Johnson Limbocker and husband, Brian, Chari Clifton and husband, Louis, Daphne Redmon and husband, Jimmy and Stephanie Shepherd. Eight great-grandchildren, Charity Daigle, Amy and Eric Limbocker, Carley Savant, Ashley and Chelsie Clifton and Aaron and Taylor Redmon also survive him.
