Funeral services for Vivian Marie Buckner, 71, of Silsbee will be 11:00 am Saturday at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in R S Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Buckner died June 22, 2005 at Dubuis Hospital in Beaumont.
Vivian was a native of Huntington and had lived in Silsbee since 1950. She was retired from Brookshire Brothers.
Survivors include her husband Clyde Buckner of Silsbee; six sons, Joe Buckner of Zavalla, Bubba Buckner of Salida, Colorado, Louis Buckner of Lafayette, Louisiana, Darrell Buckner of Brenham, Carl Buckner of Brenham and William Buckner of Carthage; two daughters, Peggy Willman and Kathy Vaught, both of Silsbee; two sisters, Glennis Bellamy Marshall of Carriere, Mississippi and Mattie Bellamy Maness of Huntington; one brother, Tommy Bellamy of Swainsboro, Georgia; nineteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Cody Carrell, Howell Barclay, Marc Barclay, Homer Spurlock, Darrell Buckner, Jr. and Richard Brooks.
