Billie Lee Arnold Garrett Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1940 - 2005 BILLIE LEE ARNOLD GARRETT Funeral services for Billie Lee Arnold Garrett, 65, of Silsbee will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. Garrett died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont on June 25, 2005. He was a retired logger and was born in Mason, Texas. Survivors include wife, Effie Richard of Silsbee; sons, Arnold Lee Garrett, Jr. of Orange and Arlis Carl Garrett of Livingston; daughter, Mada Shirlene Garrett of Silsbee; sister, Betty Pearl Gustafson of Silsbee and one grandchild, Ethan Allen Garrett.
