D. C. Thompson Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1926 - 2005 D. C. THOMPSON Funeral services for D. C. Thompson, 79, of Silsbee will be Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at the First Pentecostal Church in Silsbee at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at R. S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery also in Silsbee. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Thompson died June 25, 2005 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He was born in Pipkin, LA. and was a longtime resident of Silsbee. D. C. was a retired roughneck. Survivors include wife, Lona Thompson of Silsbee; sons, Charles Thompson of Silsbee, Robert Thompson of Mauriceville, L. D. Thompson of Silsbee and Reverend Tim Thompson of San Pedro Sula, Honduras; daughter, Linda Knott of West Columbia, Pat Hollister of Lufkin; brother, S. V. Thompson of Daisetta; sister, Annie Mae Willis of Many, LA; seventeen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren.
