Charity Dale Womack Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1918 - 2005 CHARITY DALE WOMACK Funeral services for Charity Dale Womack, 86, of Silsbee will be 10:00 am Thursday at Abundant Life Pentecostal Church in Silsbee with interment following in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Wednesday at Farmer Funeral Home. Mrs. Womack died July 4, 2005 at Silsbee Oaks Healthcare Center. Mrs. Womack was a native of Sugar Grove, Arkansas and a long time resident of Silsbee. She was a homemaker and a loving wife and mother. Survivors include her son Jimmy Womack and wife, Mary; daughter Jo Cravey and husband, G.B.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren.
