Funeral services for Frances Wooten Pike, 76, of Natchez, Mississippi will be 2:00 Monday at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm Sunday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Pike died Friday, July 29, 2005 at Natchez Regional Medical Center in Natchez, MS.
Mrs. Pike was born March 9, 1929 in Lucien, MS to Charles Grover Wooten and Annie Merle Smith Wooten. She was a member of Morgantown Baptist Church and The Gideon’s Auxiliary. Mrs. Pike retired from Sears & Roebuck. She was the owner of The Aunt Frannie House B & B in Natchez.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one son and one grandson.
Survivors include her husband Vernon Pike of Natchez, MS; daughters Pam Willis and husband Jim, of Silsbee and Connie Sirman and husband Sam of Village Mills; step-daughter Karen Hoffman and husband, Bruns of Granbury; sister Annie Marie Smith and husband, Roger of Natchez; three granddaughters; two grandsons and numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to a charity of your choice.
