Opal Amanda Sanford Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1921 - 2005 Funeral services for Opal Amanda Sanford, 83, of Buna will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Antioch Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Sanford died Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. Mrs. Sanford was a native of Shelby County and a longtime resident of Buna. She was a retired operator at Kirby Lumber Company in Silsbee. Survivors include her son, Paul Sanford and wife, Audrey of Vidor; daughter Jeannette Day and husband Gary of Buna; brother Conway Latham of Longview; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren
