Heather, I hope somewhere you can hear me. You were one of the most important people in my early life and even now in my later life, I am sorry I was not there for you in the later part of yours and your death, but I know your spirit lives on, and I think of you often, I hope one day we can sing our songs again, as we got lost in our harmonies of life, major and minor, I will never forget you and will see you again, I love you, you were my sister, my best friend, thanks for everything, love, sebrina (brina)

For over 3 years I talked to Heather almost daily, and got to know and love a very interesting and lovely person. Having spoken to her grandmother briefly, the reality of Heather was made very clear to me. She will be missed, but she is in a better place. Bye, babygirl.

Heather was our cousin and friend. She touched our lives like no one else has. She had a way with words that would make us laugh and cry. We regret that our little Chloe' didn't get to meet her aunt. They would've loved each other. We will truly miss her and think of her always. We pray that God will comfort her family and friends like only he can! Heather we LOVE you!!!

No one will ever know, and there are no words to express, how much Heather meant to me. I knew her as a child, but we were brought closer together by the passing of her mother, my dear friend, Celeste. Heather used to laugh and say that Celeste left Heather to me, and me to Heather. Heather always expressed aggitation that Celeste would bestow such a burden on the two of us!
Sharon, Thena, Ray, Traci, Kelly, Holly - I have known and loved four generations of your family. I hope to soon fall in love with the fifth, Kelly's baby girl. Your family will always have a special place in my heart, thoughts and prayers. May God sustain you in this time of terrible loss.

To the family I convey deep sorrow and bewilderment with the passing of Heather. I had the joy of working with her for the last 10 years and she was a very sweet person and we will sadly miss her. Only God has the answers for taking someone so young but the same God will sustain your family with His presence and His peace and surround you with His love during this time.

Heather was so very special. There aren't very many people in your life that you share such a wide spectrum of experiences with as I did with Heather. The memories range from the heartbreaking to the hilarious. She was like my sister and my boys aunt. We all loved her so very much. We all miss her so much and know that there won't ever be anyone like her in our lives. She was so precious and unique!!

We are so sorry that Heather is gone. God must surely realize that she had been through more and suffered more than any young woman should have to endure in such a short life. She was always there when we needed her and when we celebrated a joyful or sad event, births, deaths, weddings, anniversaries, whatever. There is a void lein our lives left by her loss. We hope she is never alone again and is always wrapped in the arms of someone who loves her unconditionally.

Heather was a very special lady. She was also very unique. I feel very privileged to have known her. You had the ability to know when you needed to talk and when you wanted to be alone. I will miss her very much but know she has gone to a better place and was welcomed in Heaven by many angels and her loved ones.

Many people have been asking about this. Flowers are fine for the funeral. But if you'd like to, in lieu of flowers, make a donation to the Humane Society or some type of music organization in Heather's name. Animals and music were two of her favorite things.

Heather and I met in 5th grade and were the best of friends for the rest of schooling and a few years of college. Although physical distance separated us shortly following, we remained friends. I recall the energy Heather put into hosting so many celebrations. She loved to throw a party! Heather has a special place in my heart and I will treasure those memories forever. God bless all of you, Ray, Thena, Aunt Sharon, the girls, and Sharon Davis. You are all thought of fondly and my prayers are with each of you.
