Funeral services for James A Ferguson, Sr., 68, of Silsbee will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 14, 2005 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment at R. S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Ferguson died at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont on August 11, 2005.
He was a lifelong resident of Silsbee, a Veteran of the U. S. Navy and retired from Wooden Pallets, Inc.
James was preceded in death by son, Ricky Ferguson, grandson, Matthew Ferguson; brother, Richard Ferguson and sister Vera Spears.
Survivors include wife, Terri Ferguson; daughter, Tina Fondren; sons, James Ferguson, Jr. Derrell Ferguson and Andy Ferguson; grandsons, Josh Ferguson, John Fondren, D. J. Ferguson, and Derrekk Ferguson; granddaughters, Julee Ferguson, Cindy Ferguson, Rikki Ferguson, Mikayla Ferguson and Marli Ferguson sisters, Helen Olds, and Jeannette Hudgins; brothers, Ivy Ferguson, Sam Ferguson, and Robert Ferguson; a host of nephews and nieces.
