Lorraine Gore Paine Funeral services for Lorraine Gore Paine, 91, of Silsbee will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at First Pentecostal Church in Silsbee with interment following at Cunningham Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Paine died at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont January 25, 2006.

A native and lifelong resident of Silsbee, Mrs. Paine was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Belton Paine, Sr., sons John Paine, Jr. and David Lee’O Paine, Sr. and grandson Anthony ‘Tony’ Paine.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law Billy E. and Martha Paine of Silsbee and Larry Dale and Donna Paine of Lumberton; daughter-in-law Naomi Paine of Sulphur, LA; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Special extended family includes the Joe Lear family of Bar Harbor, Maine, Larry Pope family of Marble Falls, Chris Roberts of Humble and longtime pastor and friend W. A. Rashall and family.

Mrs. Paine’s family would like to thank her caregivers, Lillian Townsend, Verna Gore, Joanie Smart and Laurann Smith and Dr. Jon Ramirez and Dr. Timothy Colgan.

Funeral services will be conducted by Reverend Glenn Barnhill and Reverend Roy McNeely. Pallbearers are David Paine, Danny Paine, Marc Paine, John Paine, Chris Paine, Todd Paine, Wesley Paine, Junior Baker, James Smart, Harold Bean, Byron Wadley and John Mullen.
