Dorothy Faye Gore
Funeral services for Dorothy Faye Gore, 68 of Fred will be 3 pm Monday at Chapel of Pines Church in Fred with interment to follow at Fred Community Cemetery under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10 am at the home of Harvey Gore on FM 1943.
Mrs. Gore died April 28, 2006 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. in Beaumont.
A native and life long resident of Fred, she had worked at the Pinewood Inn, was a homemaker and a loving mother.
Survivors include sons Richard Gore and wife Thelma, Ronnie Jenkins and wife Rose, Donnie Jenkins and wife Hope all of Spurger and Harvey Wayne Gore and wife Lisa of Fred; daughters Peggy Reid and John, Alene Moncrief and husband Billy and Mary Coley and husband Randall all of Spurger; brother Man Cravey of Fred; sisters Lucy Gore of Fred and Nervie Jenkins of Spurger; Nineteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
