Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. I truly enjoyed the years of friendship with Maureen while working with her at HEB. Also, the times that we were able to visit with her at church. John Hays and family

Maureen was the first friend I had when I moved to Fred in 1961 and what a dear and wonderful friend she was. We spent much time together way back then and she was always happy and always smiling. I talked to her a couple of months ago and was going to stop and visit. She told me how very much she loved the Lord, her church and how she enjoyed going to church and talking about Jesus. No doubt where she is now - smiling and laughing and having a wonderful time with no pain. Know you are going to miss her dearly but just remember, you'll see her again one day. My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to each of you!

I have known Maureen since moving to Fred in 1964. She always had a smile on her face and loved life! She had the best laugh and when she laughed, you couldn't help but laugh with her. She will sure be missed by many!!
