Brenda Cook Willis Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1944 - 2006 Brenda Cook Willis Funeral services for Brenda Cook Willis, 62, of Hemphill will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Willis died December 24, 2006 at her residence. A native of Beaumont, Brenda had also lived in Silsbee before moving to Hemphill three years ago. She was an RN and worked at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont for 20 years and Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital for 3 years. Brenda was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survivors include her son Phillip Bartow Cook of Hemphill; daughters Karen Kae Kirk-Gibson of Roanoke, VA and Sherry Danielle Lawson-Rosas of Silsbee; brother Ronnie Franklin Bond of Fredericksburg, VA; ten grandchildren, Leslie, Michael, Christine, Blake Arieal, Brandon, Douglas, Drayton, Isabella and Jaden and three great grandchildren.

I knew Brenda from my tenure at St. E in the operating room. I have fond memories of her laughter and free spirit. She is missed. I am genuinely sorry for your loss and will keep you in my prayers. Love & Light, Kate
