Helen Fay Hamm Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1921 - 2007 Funeral services for Helen Fay Hamm, 86, of Lumberton will be 2:00 pm Friday, July 13, 2007 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in Hooks Cemetery in Kountze. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Hamm went to be with the Lord July 10, 2007 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Mrs. Hamm was a retired nurse’s aide. Survivors include her daughters, Nelda Reed Horton and husband Johnny and Nancy Marie Hamm, all of Town Bluff; grandchildren April Sanders of Houston and Brandon Thornton of Fort Worth and four great grandchildren.
