Funeral services for Kenneth Ray Smith, 62, of Kountze will be 2pm, August 22, 2009 at Farmer Funeral home with interment following in Bean Cemetery. Visitation will begin 5pm Friday August 21, at the funeral home.
Mr. Smith died August 18, 2009 at Methodist Hospital in Baytown.
He was a native of Kirbyville and resident of Kountze.
Mr. Smith was a welder for Kirby Construction.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Edward and wife Gina of Baytown; Charles Smith and wife Cheryl of Sour Lake; two brothers, Leroy Smith and Milton Smith both of Evadale; one brother-in-law J.C. Hobbs of Lumberton; nine granchildren, Kristin Smith, Korey Smith Kristopher Smith, C.J. Smith, Chantel Smith, Kristopher Smith, Korvin Scott, Jonathan Scott, and Hayden Crun.
