Dear Norma and Family
Rick and myself just want you all to know how sorry we were to hear about Mike. None of us here in Bedford even knew he was sick so it came as a great shock to all of us.
Were all first cousins and as kids we were together a lot and always enjoyed the Jackson County Fair.
It was some of the funnest times of our lives going and spending a week with Duke Joy and Mike.
All of us are close to the same age and we were just thinking the other day who would be the first of us to go since were all getting older.
I know the pain you are all going though with loosing a husband and Dad. But, let me say this Mike is fishing or squirrel hunting right now with his Dad. Oh my gosh how close they always were. He has already enjoyed some of his Mom's cooking. You know God gives us the desires of our hearts when we get to heaven. We don't just float around on a cloud. Were coming, going and doing. But, just no pain and no more heart ache, all awesome things we don't have a clue about. We know what the Bible tells us. Read John 12:26 John 14:18 & 26.
I've not seen you boys since you were very young. But, all of us cousins got to spend some time with Mike when they were here a few years ago. We took off where we left off. Laughting, kidding and all the good old time stories. All of you hang in there and we all up here in Bedford are thinking of you today and will be praying for all of you. Love Jan
