Jessie Lee Walton Pattillo went to be with her Lord on September 7, 2009. Jessie Lee was born on October 8, 1919 to Jesse Drew and Hattie Mae Walton Pattillo in Lumberton.

Jessie Lee Walton married the love of her life, David Pattillo on November 23, 1942 and was blessed with three children. Jessie Lee resided in Lumberton until 1982, when after David's retirement they relocated to Zavalla. They enjoyed many years of retirement and spoiling grandchildren at their home on the lake.

Jessie Lee is survived by her loving husband of sixty-six years, David "Pat" Pattillo of Zavalla; her daughters Barbara Bates and husband Jack and Sue Wittman and husband Gary, both of Zavalla and son Kenneth Pattillo and wife Sandra of Warren. Maw-maw is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty three great-grandchildren, seven great, great-grandchildren and will be missed greatly by her brothers, J D Walton and Carroll Walton, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am Thursday, September 10, 2009 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in Walton Cemetery in Lumberton. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.

i miss you greatly mawmaw. i am so glade i had my last child for you to enjoy before you left this earth and i will let him know when he is older what a great grandmother he had that loved him deeply.

Aunt Jessie Lee will be missed dearly. She truly was a tribute to her family. May God keep all of you in his hands and hold you dearly. I love you all and I'm so sorry.
