Betty Dale Johnson Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1925 - 2009 Funeral services for Betty Dale Johnson, 84, of Silsbee will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at Farmer Funeral Home with interment to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will begin 5:00 pm Monday, October 26, 2009 at the funeral home. Mrs. Johnson was a native of Oklahoma and resident of Silsbee. Mrs. Johnson died October 24, 2009 at Silsbee Oaks Nursing home. Survivors include two sons, Robert Johnson, and Mike Johnson both of Silsbee; one daughter, Eva Burch of Williamsburg Virginia; one brother Charles Perry Mayhall Jr. of Alice; four grandchildren and two great granchildren.
