Graveside services for Bessie Callaway, 80, of Silsbee will be 1:00 pm Monday, November 16, 2009 at Baker Bell Cemetery in Fred under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee.
Mrs. Callaway died November 14, 2009 at Pine Arbor Health Care in Silsbee.
Bessie was a native of Village Mills and a longtime resident of Town Bluff before moving to Silsbee. She was a retired grocery store clerk.
Preceded in death by son Charles Lynn "Chuck" Callaway. Survivors include husband Pate Callaway of Silsbee; sons John Robert Callaway, III of Channelview and Carl Lindsey of Lumberton; daughters Kathy Maguire of Slidell, Louisiana and Aileen Berryman of Baytown; brother Troy Phillips of Silsbee; sister Essie Harvill of Conroe; nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Ms. Evie Dehart, Nurse Betty and all the staff at Pine Arbor, Jamie Salinas and the staff at Texas Home Health and friends and family for their love and support.
