Funeral services for Johnnie Leo Langston, 87, of Kountze will be 10:00am Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Farmer Funeral Home with a military interment following in Old Hardin Cemetery.

Visitation will begin 5:00 pm Friday, December 11, 2009 at the funeral home.

Mr. Langston died December 8, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.

He was a lifelong resident of Kountze.

Mr. Langston was retired from Sun Oil and proudly served his nation in the US Army during WWII.

Mr. Langston was preceded in death by son Tommy Langston.

Survivors include wife Ora Lee Langston of Kountze; brother Winston Silvia and wife Sam of Saratoga; daughter-in-law Monica Langston of Lufkin; son Larry Langston and wife Sharon of Lumberton; son Michael Langston and wife Sheryl of Milam, Tx.; son James Allen Hodge and wife Jeana of Gonzales, Tx.; daughter Donna Marie Moody and husband Danny of Kountze; fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Langston family. I have many memories of Leo and Ora Lee visiting at my grandparents home all the years we were growing up. He was always smiling and happy. May God give you peace and bless your family. The family of Charles Laird Amos Laird
