Clara O. Kinard Click for Condolences      Printable Version 2011 - 2010 Funeral services for Clara O. Kinard, 98, of Silsbee will be 10:a00 am Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 1st Pentecostal Church in Silsbee with Reverend Homer Looper officiating. Graveside services will follow at Blue Water Cemetery in Signo at 2pm. Visitation will begin 5:00 pm Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at R.S. Farmer Funeral Home. Mrs. Kinard died February 2, 2010 at Silsbee Convalescent Center. She was a native of Livingston and resident of Silsbee. Mrs. Kinard was preceded in death by husband Elton Kinard, and two sons James Kinard and Kenneth Kinard. Survivors include six daughters, Opal Rivers of Silsbee, Ima Jean Rainey of Pineland, Margie McIntyre of Silsbee; Linda Pryor of Big Spring, Ginger Koopmann of Sante Fe, and Shirley Fontenote of Nederland; one sister, Ruby Lofton of The Woodlands; she was blessed with twenty five grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.

Ginger, My deepest sympathy to you and your family on the loss of your mother. I came to Silsbee on 2/1 for my sister-in-laws mother's funeral, but we left to come back to Fl. on 2/3. I would have loved to have seen you. May you be comforted and at peace in your loss. What a long life your mother had. I know you will miss her, but are blessed to have had her for so many years.
