Sheldon Wayne Simmons Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1940 - 2010 Funeral services for Sheldon Wayne (Pete) Simmons, 69, of Evadale will be 10:00 am Monday, February 8, 2010 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Sunday February 7, 2010 at the funeral home. Mr. Simmons died February 3, 2010 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. He was a native of San Augustine and resident of Evadale. Mr. Simmons was preceded in death by father Jessie Simmons and sister Claudine Dickerson. Survivors include wife Billie Simmons of Evadale; daughter Karen Simmons of Huntsville; mother Orene Simmons of Evadale; and sister Judy Hoover of Evadale.

You know that I love you both so very much, and Pete meant the world to me too. I want to say thank you for adopting me into your family when I needed it. I think the thing I'll remember most is how much Pete liked to laugh, and how much he loved you both. love Judy
