Mrs. Franks and W.J. Burrell, I was saddened to hear the news about Jeffrey. Sorry I didnt get to make the funeral. I didnt hear about the news till after the funeral. I met Jeff at where I work. Jeff was always friendly and outgoing person. He always had a smile and a hug when I saw him. He was a professional hard worker and didnt seem to let anything get in his way. We would share stories about our dogs and the progress his dog was making in obedience classes. May God Comfort you during your loss and the days to come.

My son Adam and I were saddened by the news. We met Jeff here at RISE a few years ago and we will always remember his "kidding around and laughter" he always put a smile on our faces. What a wonderful person. We know he will shine in heaven and bring great laughter to the angels above. God bless you and your family during this difficult time. Adam and I will always smile when we think about Jeff and his puppy dog that he would bring into the office. He will greatly be missed. Take care.

Yolanda and Mr. Burrell, Words can never seem to bring the comfort needed during times of great loss and sadness. I do want you to know that Jeff and your family will always have a special place in my heart. I often reminiscence about the Sunday feasts after church and the many summer afternoon visits sitting on the porch swing. These are the dear memories that I will always cherish.
