1933 - 2010
Daniel Durham Richardson, 77, of Silsbee, went home to be with the Lord at his residence Sunday, February 28, 2010.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Pinecrest Baptist Church with interment following in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Tuesday at Farmer Funeral Home.
He was born on January 3, 1933 to Bettie and Wayne Francis Richardson of Mount Union, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margaret Taylor Richardson and two daughters, Debra Ann Lacey and Diane Parks and her husband Alan of Silsbee. He is also survived by his five beloved grand-daughters, Jordan Danielle Logan, Hailey Ann Logan, Courtenay Logan, Ashley Elizabeth Lacey and Meagan Nicolle Lacey. He has two living brothers, Joe Wayne Richardson and wife and Elton Richardson and wife and four nephews, two nieces and several cousins.
Danny was preceded in death by his mother, father and brother Delton Richardson.
He was retired from Temple-Eastex Paper Mill in Evadale after 29 years of service and served in the Army during the Korean War.
