Funeral services for Roger Louis Deveux, 88, of Evadale will be 1:00 pm Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with visitation from 11:00 am until time of service.
Mr. Deveux died April 5, 2010 at his residence.
A native of Brussels, Belgium, Roger was a long time resident of Evadale. He was a police officer for the Culver City Police Department before retiring. Mr. Deveux also proudly served his country in WWII in the US Navy.
Survivors include his wife Kay Dunlap Deveux of Evadale; son Steven Deveux and wife Sharon of California; daughters Sheri Russell and husband Cal of California and Desiree Kincel and husband George of Evadale; brother Rene Deveux of California; sisters Janet Ward and Gloria Deveux, both of California; grandchildren Katie, Chris, Marissa, C.J., Jackie, Andrew, John, Tommy, Destiny and Dalton and great grandchildren Porsche and Alexis.
