Graveside services for Annie Louise Stephens, 79, of Spurger, will be 2:00 pm Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Turner Branch Cemetery in Spurger under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Friday at 1050 CR 4560 in Spurger.
Mrs. Stephens died April 16, 2010 at her residence.
A native and lifelong resident of Spurger, Mrs. Stephens was a homemaker and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Survivors include sons Johnny Stephens of Henderson, Charles Stephens of Lumberton, Richard Stephens of Spurger and Jackie Stephens of Lumberton; brother Leon Grissom of Spurger, Jimmy Grissom of Fred, Melvin Grissom of Bowie, Lonnie Grissom of Woodville, J.O. Grissom of Silsbee and Gilbert Grissom of Kountze; ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Lakes Area Hospice for their help and loving care for Mrs. Stephens.
