Zelmer Maxine Mercer Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1923 - 2010 Funeral services for Zelma Maxine Mercer, 86, of Silsbee will be 10:00am Friday, July 9, 2010 at R.S. Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will begin 5:00pm Thursday, July 8, 2010. Reverend Shannon Kilpatrick and Josh Whisneant will be officiating. Mrs. Mercer died July 7, 2010 at her sons residence. She is preceded in death by her husband Elmer Ray Mercer, four sisters and two brothers. Survivors include two sons, Bruce Whisenant of Vidor, Jimmy Whisneant of Silsbee; five grandchildren Jason Whisneant, Joshua Whisneant, LaciDai Roberts, Jamie Whisneant and Bradley Whisneant; five great grandchildren Hollie, Heidi, Jaden, Gracie and Eli; one brother Louis Hooks of Buna and one sister Evelyn Ford of Kountze.
