Funeral services for Docia Lou Williford Karnes, 79, of Silsbee will be 10:00 am Friday, August 27, 2010 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in R S Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Karnes died August 24, 2010 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care.
A native of Woodville, Docia was a long time resident of Silsbee. She owned City Beauty Shop for many years where she worked until retiring.
Mrs. Karnes was preceded in death by her son, Larry Curtis and two granddaughters, Cherissa and Melissa Curtis.
Survivors include sons Carroll Curtis of Nacogdoches, Kelly Curtis of Silsbee and Keith Goins of Silsbee; daughters Cindy Stephens of Hemphill and Carolyn Williford of Kountze; nephews Calvin Williford of Fred and John Williford of Silsbee; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
