Faye Swearingen Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1930 - 2010 A memorial service for Faye Swearingen, 79, of Silsbee, will be 11:00 am Monday, September 27, 2010 at Freedom Fellowship Church. Mrs. Swearingen died September 23, 2010 at the home of her daughter in Fred. A native of Canton, Faye was a longtime resident of Silsbee. She was an LVN and retired from Beaumont Medical and Surgical Hospital. She worked at several area health care facilities after retirement. Faye was a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her son Mark Comte. Survivors include daughters Carolyn Moore and husband Douglas of Fred and Elaine Phillips and husband Roy, also of Fred; sons Mike Comte of San Leon and Jason Nowlin and wife Deborah of Lumberton; fourteen grandchildren and thirty one great grandchildren.

Carolyn, I was so sorry to find that your mom had passed away. I loved working with her at MASH. She was one of a kind, a very special lady.

I am so sorry to hear about Fayes death. I worked with her at MASH for many years,she was a wonderful nurse and so much fun to work with.My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
