Mary M. Willis Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1916 - 2010 Funeral services for Mary M. Willis, 94, of Kountze will be 3:00 pm Monday at Kountze Church of Christ under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Fellowship Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Willis died November 12, 2010 at her residence. Mary was a native of Jasper and a long time resident of Kountze. She was a retired sales clerk for J. C. Penney. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Harold W. Willis. Survivors include sons Wayne Willis and wife Eva of Kountze, Dale Willis and wife Joyce of Kountze and Kenneth Willis and wife Denise of Kerrville; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and God and Mary only know how many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews survive her.

I am so sad about sweet Mary's death, but so happy that she lived such a long beautiful life and was so special to so many people. I've been gone from Kountze for so long, but will never be there without thinking of her. My parents, Tom and Mary Ann Mayfield, loved she and Harold so much and especialy loved being their neighbors...they're all together again now... God blessings to your whole family. Anna Burnett
