Funeral services for Gisela Gunter Vigie, 72, of Jasper will be 11:00 am Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Kirbyville Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Vigie died December 19, 2010 at Christus Dubuis Hospital in Beaumont.
Born in Berlin, Germany, Gisela was a lifelong resident of Kirbyville before moving to Rosewood Assisted Living in Jasper. She was retired from Wal-Mart where she worked in the jewelry department.
Survivors include sons Gene Gunter, Jr. of Houston and Jeff Gunter of Jasper; daughters Jennifer Osborn and Jackie Humble both of Kirbyville and Tamara Cross of Arizona; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
