Meb was well known as a woman with a big heart. You never came to her home and left hungry and her door was always open to help a friend in need. She loved the outdoors and spent her years camping, fishing, hunting squirrel and arrow heads. She loved flowers and most of all, hummingbirds.

A memorial to celebrate her life will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Fred, located at 20468 FM 92. Immediately following the services, a covered dish luncheon will be held, with the burial of her ashes at Franks Branch Cemetery next to Raymond to conclude the day. Flowers and plants are welcome but donations to the American Heart Association in her honor will also be appreciated.
