Deborah Cunningham Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1958 - 2011 Deborah Flowers Cunningham of Lumberton was born December 12, 1958 in Beaumont. She grew up in Lumberton and lived there most of her life. She left her earthly home on March 23, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Visitation and a celebration of her life will be Friday, March 25, 2011 from 5 pm until 7 pm at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee. Graveside services will be Saturday, March 26, 2011 at R S Farmer Memorial Cemetery in Silsbee at 5:00 pm. Debbie was a very unique person. She loved to talk and never met a stranger, regardless of where she was. Her happiest times were when she was "digging in the dirt". She loved to plant things and watch them grow, cross-stitching and doing any type of craft. Debbie was preceded in death by her grandparents, father W O Flowers and her beloved step-father, who raised her, Herb Scoby. She is survived by her mother, Shirley Waters Scoby of Lumberton; sister Rhonda Scoby of Tyler; brothers Danny Flowers and Billy Flowers, both of Beaumont; best friend Bridget Fountain of Lumberton and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mrs. Scoby, I am very sorry for the loss of your daughter. I hope you'll find comfort in your memories of Deborah's lifetime. What a shock! Last time I spoke with Debbie, she was telling all about how she had given her live to God! We had not seen each other for many years and It was awesome to hear the good news. Guess "Twitty" is dancing on the streets of gold.
