There are some people who make small town America the grand experience it is - John and Letha were those kind of people. Their consistent support of our city through their loyalty to the fire department is unmatched. Their enthusiasm for our young people on the football field and at the Dixie Queen was extraordinary.
One of the best things they did was raise 4 outstanding citizens who have gone on to lives of influence.
John & Letha - you two are made of the stuff that makes America great - I will miss you!

Our hearts are feeling sorrow for you all at this time. Your father was such a wonderful man. I remember when my mother was so sick, he would call and tell us to come pick up dinner for dad. That is but one of the fond memories I have. You all were Blessed to have such wonderful God loving parents. Please except our deepest sympathy.

My heart goes out to your family at this time. Your Dad was a wonderful, kind person. He showed his love for his family, this community & school, and each one of us whose lives he touched by how he lived his life. He was an honorable man and will be missed. Our prayers are for your comfort and peace at this time. Love, Monnie (Frazier) Lucas
