Funeral services for William Kenred Day, 84, of Evadale will be 9:00 am Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Morse Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Day died May 2, 2011 at his residence.
A native and lifelong resident of Evadale, Mr. Day worked as a truck driver before retiring.
Survivors include his wife Willie Mae Hagar Day of Evadale; son Archie Anderson Day and wife Pat of Beaumont; daughters Joan Juanell Ard and Glenda Scott, both of Kountze; sister Dollie Mae Harris of Evadale, Merle Meyers of Lumberton and Ruby Brannon of Silsbee; brother Archie Ray Day of Rogers; six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
